Volunteering

The centre will rely on local volunteers to help support the two part time staff and to help look after the residents! To be a volunteer you don’t have to have any specific qualifications, just a caring nature and a willingness to work! If you are able to help us in the initial set up of the centre please contact us. We would be very grateful for any help given. Tasks such as constructing treatment rooms, painting the centre and building aviaries will all need volunteer assistance.

Once the centre is up and running there will be opportunities for volunteering in either the mornings or the afternoons performing a number of different tasks from animal husbandry to administration. Or perhaps you could help us produce our newsletter?

Volunteers are vital - we can't do it without you!!
